1955 - Jack Fraley and Earl Schilling start a small trucking company in Rushville, IN hauling farm equipment for Massey - Harris (now known as Massey - Ferguson)

1957 - Robert Schilling, the current CEO, is born

1965 - Earl Schilling and his family move to start a new terminal in Mingo Junction, OH

1966 - New terminal opens in Letart, WV

1970 - 18 Trucks

1978 - Motor Carrier Act of 1980 is passed which deregulated the trucking industry

1979 - Dave Perkins, current Director of Maintenance, is hired

1981 - Robert, son of Earl Schilling, moves to the Indiana terminal to help future growth

1984 - Rushville terminal is built (current Corporate Office)

1985 - Phillip Gerrian, current Senior Vice President of Sales, is hired

1987 - Gary Siler, current van driver, is hired (2,000,000 mile safe driving award recipient)

1988 - Jeff Sorenson, current flatbed driver, is hired

1989 - Tammy O’mara, current Office Manager, is hired

1992 - Brilliant, OH terminal is built, replacing the Mingo Junction, OH location

1992 - Chip West, the current Vice President of Administration, is hired

1994 - 100 Trucks

1997 - Rushville terminal expands by tripling the amount of office space leaving room for future expansion

1998 - 140 Trucks

2000 - 180 Trucks

2004 - John McCracken, the current President, is hired to help start a new Baltimore, MD terminal

2006 - Fraley and Schilling owners buy a new import/export warehouse in Baltimore, Universal Trade Solutions

2010 - Fraley and Schilling opens a new terminal in Alcoa, TN

2010 - Rushville terminal expands by adding 30% to the office and maintenance facilities

2011 - 375 Trucks

2011 - Fraley and Schilling expands into the south by opening a new location in Muscle Shoals, AL

2011 - Universal Trade Solutions and Fraley and Schilling open a new location in Orangeburg, SC
