As a total transportation supplier, Fraley and Schilling excels when presented with a challenge from which most carriers shy away from. The challenge of hauling 28 tons of dry bulk material needed for production came up years ago and we responded to the need.

Other carriers would not consider hauling dry bulk sand and filler materials. “It is not compatible with our van business” they say.

Since the casting industry uses sand to produce molds for the castings hauled in our vans, and the building industry uses filler material in the production of the products we haul on our flatbeds, we thought it was a natural fit.

Bulk service – a natural supplement to the transportation package we offer. We configure our dry bulk trailers like the rest of our fleet, to be ultra-light. Each of our tank units is set up to haul 28 tons of product.
