Fraley and Schilling values our drivers and offers many benefits to them. Fraley and Schilling has a professional uniform lease or rental plans, paid vacation time after one year of employment, and lease or purchase programs for new owner/operators.
Once a driver becomes part of our team, they are put through a thorough orientation program that ensures full knowledge of loading securement and hours of service. We are dedicated to ensuring our drivers are as safe as possible while on the road and at customer sites. We adhere strictly to DOT load securement compliancy policies. To help our drivers with any questions or problems, we have driver mentors available 24/7 for any questions or concerns our drivers have. We constantly provide feedback to our drivers through reviews given after 30, 60, and 90 days and annually thereafter. These reviews are prepared with input from operations, safety, maintenance, and payroll. We recognize our drivers with annual driver appreciation weeks, recognition awards, and safety bonuses for our safety conscious drivers and owner/operators at our Christmas Meeting every year.
Drivers can join Fraley and Schiling knowing that they will be provided with every necessary tool to safely and effectively become integrated with a winning team.
Drivers that are graduates of a truck driving school must have 1 year verifiable OTR experience. Drivers that are not graduates of a truck driving school must have 2 years verifiable OTR experience. Drivers must have a clean MVR with no speeding violations in excess of 15 MPH. A PSP is pulled on potential drivers to verify roadside inspection history for the last 3 years. A driver must have no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
